Yes. Our software can be configured many different ways to save you money. We offer complete financing packages. Also, many distributors have noticed a considerable reduction in overtime pay and an increase in profit margins.

In fact, for a typical distributor, Foodservice Complete costs about as much as a $5.00 per hour employee (based on an 8 hour day, 25 days a month), much less than you would pay an experienced computer specialist.

Do I have to buy the hardware from Excellence In Computing?
No, we are in the software business - If you feel more comfortable with EIC providing the complete package, we will provide the hardware and software.

Can the software handle a company my size?
We have customers with sales volumes between $1 million and $500 million per year. If it is in this range, we can handle your company. If it falls outside of this range, we would be happy to talk with you and determine whether we are your right choice.

We're a produce company - can the software do things different than a full-line distributor to handle our needs?
We understand how the produce business works, we have many produce distributors on-line, including the largest produce distributor in Arkansas.

What about a meat processing company?
Our customers include many meat processing companies.

How soon can I get the software installed?
A typical installation is a three to six month process including conversion, training, and testing. We limit the number of new installations per year so that we can still provide excellent service to existing customers.
